2013 MINI Countryman

MINI has updated the Countryman for the 2013 model year, including the addition of all-wheel drive, ahead of its two-door MINI Paceman brother.

In the two years since its launch onto the world's car markets, the MINI Countryman has developed into a driving force behind the continuing growth of the brand.

Designed to be more user friendly than previous incarnations, the 2013 MINI Countryman changes include a new centre console layout, and newly-designed rings on the signature central speedometer.

But the most noticeable change is the driver's door now incorporating controls for all of the windows, remodelled door armrests provide even more comfortable support for the arms, new rings around the speedometer and air vents finished in Carbon Black.

The 2013 MINI Countryman will now come standard with a three-seat rear bench while two individual rear seats available as a no-cost option.

European engine options remain as before, the MINI Countryman will be offered with a 1.6-liter, four-cylinder engine meeting EU6 exhaust emission regulations that produces 121 HP. Opting for the Cooper S model gets you a turbocharged rated at 181 horsepower, while the John Cooper Works is powered by a 215bhp turbocharged petrol engine. A six-speed manual is still the standard gearbox, but a six-speed automatic is an available option.

The revised 2013 MINI Countryman  is scheduled to hit European dealers sometime in, which starts from £16,510.
