Audi RS3 coming in the spring of 2014

According to a recent report, a new Audi RS3 could come as soon as 2014. If the Audi RS3 reaches the North American market, it will likely also be a sedan.

Stephan Reil, boss of Audi's Quattro division told What Car that "Let's just say you will be seeing more of the five-cylinder engine." This likely implies the Audi RS3 will keep its 335 HP five-cylinder engine and 450 Nm (332 lb-ft) of torque.

Expect performance to best the last RS3 too, but it's unlikely to be a hatchback as the MQB-based A3. The Audi RS3 coming in the spring of 2014, much earlier than anticipated.
