The 2013 BMW ActiveHybrid 7 will get better fuel economy than its predecessor, again set new benchmarks in its class for performance, luxury, efficiency and safety.
Replacing the V8 engine with a new hybrid turbocharged inline-six the ActiveHybrid 7 gets 14 percent better fuel economy than the new BMW 740Li. The 2013 BMW ActiveHybrid 7 powertrain puts out 348 hp and 367 pound-feet of torque, can scoot from 0-to-60 mile per hour acceleration time of 5.5 seconds.
The BMW ActiveHybrid 7 can also go as fast as 37 miles per hour in all-electric mode and new model can also go up to 2.5 miles in EV model. EPA rating of 22-mpg city and 30-mpg highway.
The 2013 BMW ActiveHybrid 7 available only in long-wheelbase form, with pricing starts at $84,895.
