These are the first images of the new generation 2014 BMW X5 have leaked over the web today via a Facebook page of a Malaysian car model manufacturer.
The new generation of the BMW X5 has been codenamed the F15, has been spotted on a recently launched brochure of scale models made by Jadi Modelcraft.
Judging from these photos - the 2014 BMW X5 will get the front fascia of the 3-Series, new headlights, a more aggressive front bumper, grille design worn by the midsized sedan and wagon, and two fog lights located immediately below the headlights.
There aren't any confirmed details about the engine lineup, but we anticipate a series of four-cylinder engines to be used, both the gasoline and in diesel engines. Although too early to say for certain, it is likely that the car will be offered the latest generation of the xDrive all-wheel drive system.
According to a report, the new platform will have weight savings of up to 100kg and offer improved fuel economy.
