Honda N-ONE was launched on its local auto market and will be sold in dealerships across Japan., the third model of the new N Series mini-vehicle following the N BOX and the N BOX +.
“Key features of the N-ONE include a spacious cabin which comfortably accommodates four adults, and an improved acceleration performance. Further, stable driving performance and excellent quietness even during highway driving were realized through adoption of a lightweight and highly-rigid body and an exclusively-developed suspension”, as the automaker is saying in its official press release.
The N-ONE was developed in the motif of the N360, Honda's first mass-produced minicar introduced to the market in 1967. According to the car manufacturer, the Honda N-ONE is a city car which is coming with total 16 colors or 5 combinations of two-tone color styles for the new Premium trim level.
The Honda N-ONE is powered by a small three-cylinder 660cc gasoline engine with naturally aspirated or turbocharged. The city car will return 27.0 km/liter in Japanese market testing, use a CVT to power either the front or all four wheels.
Safety features include Emergency Stop Signal (ESS), HAS (Hill Start Assist), VSA (Vehicle Stability Assist), side curtain airbag or Pedestrian Injury Migration Body.
Price ranges from 1.15 million yen ($14,375) for the base N-One G to 1.707 million yen ($16,997) for the N-One Premium.
