The 2013 Mazda CX-9 borrows its restyled grille and front-end design from Mazda's CX-5 compact crossover. Inside, the cabin is the automaker's next-generation infotainment, a 5.8-inch color multi-information touch screen display and a speech-recognition (HMI).
The 2013 CX-9 is powered by a turbocharged SKYACTIV-D 2.2-liter diesel engine, capable of hitting 24 mpg on the highway.
The 2013 Mazda CX-9 is in showrooms today with a base price of $29,785, while both the 2014 CX-5 and 2014 Mazda6 will go on sale in January 2013.
