The car's been about 18 months since Honda unveiled Civic at the 2012 New York Auto Show, and now Honda revealed today the first images of the 2013 Honda Civic facelift ahead of its first appearance at L.A.
The front of the 2013 Honda Civic gets a deeper, updated alloy wheels, a black honeycomb mesh grille, a revised hood, a new more sculpted front end fascia. While the rear gets the flowing, the chrome accent up front is mimicked at taillamp level and and fancy taillights.
"Heading into 2013 with styling and content additions, the Civic's fun-to-drive nature and core attributes of safety, spaciousness and fuel efficiency remain intact," said by Vicki Poponi, assistant vice president of product planning for American Honda.
Interior pictures were not released, but Honda says the car also gets enhanced interior design, plus more safety and convenience features.
Honda has always prided itself on delivering best-in-class products, the 2013 Civic facelift will benefit from a number of chassis tweaks and suspension have been revised for better ride comfort.
The 2013 Honda Civic officially going on sale on November 29 after Honda releases details at the 2012 Los Angeles Auto Show.
