2013 Range Rover


The fourth generation of the 2013 Range Rover has finally made its first showing and here are first live shots appearance at the 2012 Paris Auto Show. U.S. pricing will start at $83,500 including destination, sales will commence this December.

The new 2013 Range Rover switch to the all-aluminum monocoque body (which is 39 per cent lighter) and the wheelbase has grown by 100mm. The towing capability is greatly improved with a 3,500kg capability and a Trailer Stability Assist system is now standard.

Land Rover took equip it a V8 5.0-liter supercharged unit that produce 375 hp and 375 pound-feet of torque, send power to all four wheels via a ZF-developed eight-speed automatic transmission. Providing a fuel economy of 21 mpg UK (17.4 mpg US or 13.4 liters / 100 km) and can run 0-60mph in just 5.1 seconds while the CO2 emissions stand at 332 g/km.
