The Audi RS5 Cabriolet is sure to be one of the most sought at the 2012 Paris Auto Show this month. In Europe, the 2013 Audi RS5 Cabriolet will go on sale early next year with €88,500 (equal to $111,500) in the German market.
The RS5 Cabriolet version of the car sports receives the same styling treatment as the Coupe. The 2013 Audi RS5 Cabriolet has also been outfitted with LED-infused headlights, 19-inch forged aluminum wheels with 265/35 tires or optionally, window channels, a dual exhaust system, a rear diffuser incorporating two large oval exhaust pipes and the soft top box.
Inside, the 2013 Audi RS5 Cabriolet keeps its luxury roots with the elegant cabin carries over. The interior that gets a flat-bottom steering wheel; seats upholstered with a combination of leather and Alcantara; chrome highlights and carbon fiber trim. More amenities include three-zone climate control; seven-inch color monitor; heated front seats; a wind deflector and a Bang & Olufsen stereo.
As expected, the 2013 Audi RS5 Cabriolet is powered by the same a 4.2-liter naturally-aspirated V8 engine that generates 444 (331 kW) and 430 Nm (317 lb-ft) of torque. Top speed is electronically limited in the car to 155 mph, completing the 0-100km/h (62mph) sprint in 4.9 seconds. It is connected to a seven-speed S tronic transmission comes with quattro all-wheel drive system.
The 2013 Audi RS5 Cabriolet has a combined fuel consumption of 10.9 l/100km (21.6 US mpg or 25.9 UK mpg).
