2013 SRT Viper treated by Mopar
One of the projects to be displayed by Mopar at the 2012 SEMA Auto Show is a stunning customized the 2013 SRT Viper. The SRT Viper coming to SEMA is painted a unique metallic yellow with a carbon-fiber cross beam that is 50 percent lighter than the factory version.
The sunny exterior finish is bordered by a carbon fiber aerodynamics package on the underhoo; a carbon-fiber engine cover; a carbon-fiber engine-bay X-brace and special coil springs.
For the interior, the 2013 SRT Viper uses the same color theme but in reverse, six-point safety harnesses for the Sabelt seats, polished chrome door-sill guards, HVAC controls, a bright pedal kit, in the door handles and in the dash logo.
“This is one of our auto shows where we really show the strength of our brand,” Mopar CEO Pietro Gorlier said at a preview event north of Detroit on Friday morning.

The new 2013 SRT Viper starts from $97,395, not taking into account the $1,995 destination charges and and $120,395 (excluding $1,995 destination) for the 2013 SRT Viper GTS.
The SRT Viper used a tubular space frame that has a magnesium cowl, liftgate are made from carbon fiber, 100 lbs (45 kg) lighter than the previous model. The 2013 SRT Viper GTS get two extra steps of traction control; leather Sabelt racing seats and Uconnect media center.
Both models carry a mid-front 8.4 liter V10 engine pumping out 640-hp (477 kW) and 600 lb-ft (812 Nm) of torque to the rear wheels via a 6-speed manual gearbox. The 2013 SRT Viper will be produced at the Conner Avenue Assembly Plant in Detroit, while dealer orders are expected to begin in mid-November 2012.
