Land Rover has injected some colour into the big-selling Range Rover Evoque Sicilian Yellow limited edition at this week's Brussels Motor Show.

The Sicilian Yellow special is based on the Dynamic trim and available in either three or five-door bodystyles. The car is also the first Evoque to feature a Sicilian Yellow body and it’s also offered in the reverse – Santorini  Black body, Sicilian Yellow contrast roof and door mirrors…

The new Black Design Pack includes dark headlights and foglights, clear rear lamps, black sections for the bumpers, 20-inch gloss black forged alloy wheels, while Santorini Black paint is used for the bumpers' painted sections and exhaust tips.

The black and yellow theme continues inside, including yellow stitching for the seats; central fascia; central storage area; door trims and dashboard panel.

The Evoque Sicilian Yellow are only offered with the two most powerful engines in the Range Rover Evoque range. The limited-edition model is sold with a choice of either 190hp 2.2-litre SD4 diesel or the 240hp 2.0-litre turbo petrol Si4.



Order books are open now for first deliveries in May and only 15 will be taking the new 2013 Range Rover Evoque Sicilian Yellow limited edition. Priced from an estimated £44,000.

The Excite Rallye Raid Team is excited to unveil the Range Rover Evoque Desert Warrior 3 they will use for next year's Dakar and to compete in the 2013 FIA Off Road Rally Championship.

This modified Range Rover Evoque has a curb weight of 1,900 kg (4189 lbs), along with 16-inch Compomotive Atacama Rally Raid wheels with BF Goodrich Desert Race G series tires.

"We have worked hard to get the handling and reliability perfect but also keeping fantastic dune-driving ability, which is all too easily lost when designing such cars," said Mike Jones of RaBe Race Cars.

Power comes from a BMW 3.0-liter twin-turbo diesel engine producing 271 hp (275 PS) and 850 Nm (627 lb-ft) of peak torque mated to a ZF-sourced six-speed automatic transmission.

The Range Rover Evoque Desert Warrior 3 also features an insanely large fuel tank comes with a 260-liter that ensures a maximum range of 1,200 km (745 miles).

The 2013 Range Rover Evoque Pure offers two different configurations include coupe and five-door, that has a starting price of $41,995. Both base prices include a destination and handling fee.

The Range Rover Evoque Pure gets 19- or 20-inch black-painted wheels, door handles, an aluminum alloy roof in place of the panoramic laminated glass roof, mirror caps, a redesigned front grille design, fender vents and badging. In addition, five new body colors that will be offered.

The 2013 Range Rover Evoque also gets a new upholstery combination of leather and Dinamica synthetic suede, the car is identical to the previous base model. Range Rover Evoque is powered by a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that's rated 375-hp 5.0-liter V-8 mated to a six-speed automatic transmission. The EPA rated the Evoque to achieve 20 mpg city / 28 mpg on the highway / 23 mpg combined.
