2013 Ford Mondeo live in Paris
The 2013 Ford Mondeo was formally introduced at the 2012 Paris Auto Show, ever since it first arrived on these shores in 1993. With new engines and new styling, the new Ford Mondeo is gunning for its rivals.
Ford is also offering a range of engine options in the 2013 Mondeo including a 1.0-liter EcoBoost, a 1.5-liter EcoBoost and a 2.0-liter EcoBoost. There are also a 2.0 litre diesel, a 2.0 litre petrol hybrid and an ECOnetic Mondeo. For the first time on the 2013 Ford Mondeo, a diesel all-wheel drive variant will be offered comes with features as superior traction and performance-handling.
The 2013 Ford Mondeo stand out with clever tech includes a Wi-Fi hotspot; Advanced Active Park Assist; an eight-inch colour touchscreen; MyFord Touch; a retractable panoramic roof and Massage Seats.
The new 2013 Ford Mondeo also has a new chassis and rides on the global CD-segment platform. Customers in US or European markets will get a four-door saloon bodystyle, British buyers will be limited to the five-door and estate. Prices are expected to start at around £15,000.

Volvo V40 Cross Country live in Paris
After recently releasing every bit of granular detail about the 2013 Volvo V40 Cross Country, Swedish auto manufacturer has gone ahead and pulled the curtain at the 2012 Paris Auto Show.
Outside, Volvo V40 Cross Country will be the front grille with a different design; upright day-running lights Sculpted; 19-inch alloy wheels; the Raw Copper exterior launch colour is echoed in the contrasting stitching; the 40 mm increased ride height and an integrated skid plate.
"The new V40 Cross Country is built on the heritage that started with the V70 Cross Country back in 1997. It is designed for those who want a sense of adventure in their everyday life," says Lex Kerssemakers, Senior Vice President Product Strategy & Vehicle Line Management at Volvo Car Corporation.
The next-generation Volvo V40 Cross Country packs a high-performance with three diesels, turbocharged T5 five-cylinder engine with the automatic six-speed Powershift transmission or a six-speed manual gearbox.

2013 Ford Fiesta live in Paris
The 2013 Ford Fiesta was revealed today at the 2012 Paris Auto Show. The most noticeable change is a revised hood; a prominent grille; 17-inch alloy wheels draped and LED-infused headlights.
Interior changes are limited, the design remains the same. Include a new center console, Ford’s SYNC infotainment system, MyKey, revised switchgear, Active City Stop and updated upholstery.
As we've previously reported, the 2013 Ford Fiesta is equipped a turbocharged 1.6-litre EcoBoost gasoline engine producing 180hp and 177 lb ft of torque. Can run 0-62mph in 7.0 seconds, which should return best-in-class fuel economy.

2013 Range Rover live in Paris
The fourth generation of the 2013 Range Rover has finally made its first showing and here are first live shots appearance at the 2012 Paris Auto Show. U.S. pricing will start at $83,500 including destination, sales will commence this December.
The new 2013 Range Rover switch to the all-aluminum monocoque body (which is 39 per cent lighter) and the wheelbase has grown by 100mm. The towing capability is greatly improved with a 3,500kg capability and a Trailer Stability Assist system is now standard.
Land Rover took equip it a V8 5.0-liter supercharged unit that produce 375 hp and 375 pound-feet of torque, send power to all four wheels via a ZF-developed eight-speed automatic transmission. Providing a fuel economy of 21 mpg UK (17.4 mpg US or 13.4 liters / 100 km) and can run 0-60mph in just 5.1 seconds while the CO2 emissions stand at 332 g/km.

2013 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV live in Paris
Mitsubishi took the stage in Paris production version of the new Outlander Plug-in Hybrid EV (PHEV), that will be launched in the next 12 months by the Japanese brand. The 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander will be launched other countries in Europe and North America at the beginning of 2013.
Mitsubishi says the Outlander PHEV consists from a 2.0-liter gasoline engine, a pair of 60 kwH electric motors and a 12 kWh lithium-ion battery. The 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander provides three drive modes to choose from: Pure, Series and Parallel.
The 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV is capable run up to 540 miles on a charge and will return an estimated combined fuel efficiency 143.5 mpg US (equal to 143.5 mpg US, 1.64 lt/100km and 172 mpg UK).

2013 Kia Carens live in Paris
The all-new 2013 KIA Carens was revealed today on the 2012 Paris Auto Show floor, one of the most competitive market segments in Europe. The new KIA Carens compact MPV is much more stylish than its predecessor and it replaces the outgoing KIA Rondo.
Looking significantly improved, the 2013 KIA Carens gets a new prominent grille, LED-infused headlights and a sloping roof line. Overall the KIA Carens is a smaller vehicle, a longer wheelbase and larger wheels, the cab-forward design ensures generous interior space.
In Europe, the 2013 Kia Carens is equipped three different engines. Starting with a 1.6-liter that makes 135 hp and 165 Nm (122 lb-ft) of torque. The 2.0-liter unit produces 177 hp and 211 Nm (156 lb-ft) of torque. Finally a diesel option that makes 115 hp which has outputs of 115 PS (85 kW) and 260 Nm (156 lb-ft) of torque.

Nissan TeRRA Concept live in Paris
Nissan TeRRA Concept showcased today at the 2012 Paris Auto Show, which is said to be a preview of Nissan's future SUV and crossover models.
The Nissan TeRRA Concept features trio of electric engines that draw power from a hydrogen fuel cell stack has a power density of 2.5 kW/L. Other future-looking features include renewable materials construction and electric propulsion system borrowed from the Leaf EV.
“You have the big tires, high belt-line, thick pillars and thin side windows of the SUV vocabulary. But with a slender waist between pronounced fenders above the wheel arches and a sculptured hood, we've created an 'Implied Structure' of musculature under the skin,” said Shiro Nakamura, Nissan ’s senior vice president.
Inside the spacious cabin include an electronic tablet serves as the instrument panel; the driver docks it when entering; the four bucket seats and infotainment system.

2013 Audi S3 live in Paris
The 2013 Audi S3 three-door hatchback has officially unveiled at the Paris Auto Show. The new Audi S3 will go on sale across Europe early next year, while base price of €38,90 in its home country of Germany.
Looking rather conservative, the 2013 Audi S3 is distinguished by modified bumpers; an air diffuser that is flanked by four chrome exhaust tips; a model-specific grille and 18-inch alloy wheels.
Inside, the styling features S-specific brings a flat-bottom sports steering wheel, alloy pedals, sport seats, matte aluminum trim, a black 3D look and S logos used throughout the cabin.
The new 2013 Audi S3 is powered by a 2.0-liter TFSI turbo four-cylinder, variable valve timing and an integrated exhaust manifold. The engine produces 296 horsepower and 280 pound-feet of torque to all four wheels via Audi 's famed quattro system. Backed up by an S tronic transmission, can acceleration 0 to 62 mph in 5.1 seconds and has an electronically-limited top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph).

2013 MINI Paceman live in Paris
The 2013 MINI Paceman was officially revealed today at the Paris Auto Show. Known as essentially a coupe version of the Countryman crossover, MINI Paceman two-door coupe will be the seventh model for the brand.
Equipped with two doors and a large luggage compartment, the 2013 MINI Paceman can accommodate 300-litres. The car is designed to seat four adults, a 31mm lower roof height and sits 10mn closer to the ground compared to the Countryman.
When it debuts in Europe, the 2013 MINI Paceman offers a choice of four engines: two gasoline and two diesel. Gasoline engine with a 1.6-liter 4-cylinder that produce 112 to 184 hp, that will deliver a 0-62 mph time of 10.6 seconds with the six-speed manual. On the diesel side, a 2.0-liter unit that is rated at 143 horsepower.
The standard equipment of interior includes air conditioning; a leather steering wheel; cruise control; electric power mirrors; auxiliary input; a CD player and rear lights in horizontal arrangement.
After debuting in Paris, the 2013 MINI Paceman will go on sale in Europe on March 16th, 2013 with base price of £18,970 in the United Kingdom.

2013 Peugeot RCZ R live in Paris
The 2013 Peugeot RCZ R ownership a stylish sporty coupe of the French firms, has pulled the wraps off its most powerful car yet at the 2012 Paris Auto Show.
A few weeks ago, the 2013 Peugeot RCZ facelift following a leak is scheduled to make its public. Peugeot said the 2013 RCZ R is currently being developed in partnership with its motorsports division, will be available in showrooms in early 2013.
The 2013 Peugeot RCZ R styling tweaks include a new grille; LED daytime running lights; a revised air intake; revised headlamps and chrome detailing. The package is completed with aero enchantments, wheel designs and decal options and an extra layer of personalisation to the car.
The highlight of the 2013 Peugeot RCZ R is a modified version of the a 1.6-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine along with revised suspension and boasts a 256bhp output.

BMW Concept Active Tourer live in Paris
The BMW Concept Active Tourer five-door hatchback with a plug-in hybrid system and four-wheel drive has pulled the sheet at the Paris Auto Show.
The BMW Active Tourer is provided by a plug-in hybrid powertrain which features a 1.5-liter TwinTurbo 3-cylinder engine works together with an electric motor and a lithium-ion battery. The two motors provide 190 horsepower (140 kW) and 147 lb-ft (200 Nm) of torque.
The concept can operate solely on electric power, driven in electric mode for 30 km (18 miles). The BMW Concept Active Tourer can complete the 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) sprint in under 8 seconds and can hit a top speed of around 120 mph, the Active Hybrid has an average fuel consumption of less than 2.5 lt/100 km (94 mpg US) with CO2 emissions of under 60 g/km.

Lexus LF-CC concept live in Paris
Lexus LF-CC concept has officially debuted at the 2012 Paris Auto Show yesterday. The styling follows Lexus' L-finesse language and a production run of only 500 units.
Power for the Lexus LF-CC hybird comes from a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine direct injection system that produce 200 bhp (149 kW), water-cooled permanent magnet electric motor and have CO2 emissions of less than 100 g/km.
In the Lexus LF-CC, the grille mesh is offset by a metallic surround; three-LED projector headlamps; daytime running lights are integrated into the upper bumper and steeply-raked windscreen. The futuristic interior is equipped with leather upholstery, layout of the dashboard borrowing several elements from the Lexus supercar, a digital center stack, alloy pedals and a push-button ignition.
The Lexus LF-CC is 4,660 mm (183.5 inches) long; 1,840 mm (72.4 inches) wide; 1,375 mm (54.1 inches) tall a 2,730 mm (107.5-inch) wheelbase.

2013 Honda CR-Z live in Paris
After teasing us with a few fleeting images of its updated of the 2013 Honda CR-Z on its website and a rather surprising unveiling at the Indonesian Motor Show. Honda has now released full details after it is being showcased at the 2012 Paris Auto Show this today.
Those include new side mirrors, the 2013 Honda CR-Z hybrid gets a revised grille; 17-inch alloy wheels; a revised front bumper; headlamp have all been revised along and two new exterior colors including Energetic Yellow and Aurora Violet.
The 2013 Honda CR-Z also gets a slight boost in power, the 1.5-liter gasoline engine has received some modifications to the variable valve timing system and the ECU. Moving up 19 hp for a total 134 and the amount of torque for 140 lb-ft while hybird gets a power boost from 14 HP (10 kW) to 20 HP (15 kW). It's can 0 to 62 mph takes 9.0 seconds (from 9.7) with a top speed of 124 mph.
“If the battery is more than 50 per cent charged, the driver can activate this system using the S+ button on the steering wheel,” Honda said in a statement. A manual managed 31/37 mpg in the city and on the highway respectively.

2013 Audi RS5 Cabriolet price $111,500
The 2013 Audi RS5 Cabriolet is getting a new drop-top variant which will be sold in the United States, and the convertible was just revealed at the 2012 Paris Auto Show this yesterday.
The Audi RS5 Cabriolet version of the car sports receives the same styling treatment as the Coupe, with eight exterior options available include in black, gray, red or brown. The lightweight textile roof that incorporates a layer of foam for acoustic comfort.
For looks, the 2013 Audi RS5 Cabriolet is equipped a matte aluminum frame wrapped around the front lip, LED-infused headlights, windshield frame, window channels, soft top box and a rear diffuser incorporating two large oval exhaust pipes.
As expected, the 2013 Audi RS5 Cabriolet is powered by a V8 4.2-liter engine that delivers 444 HP (331 kW) and 317 lb-ft (430 Nm) of torque. Top speed is electronically limited in the car to 155 mph, completing the 0-100km/h (62mph) sprint in 4.9 seconds.
The 2013 Audi RS5 Cabriolet goes on sale in Germany next summer, priced from €88,500, that the model will arrive in Q1 2013.

2014 Mazda6 live in Paris Auto Show
The 2014 Mazda6 are the focal point at the 2012 Paris Auto Show this today. The next-generation Mazda6 uses the KODO "Soul of Motion" design language with hard lines for a dynamic look and is heavily influenced by the Takeri concept.
Redesigned from the ground up, the 2014 Mazda6 will be equipped with SKYACTIV engine and three gasoline and two diesel units. The four-cylinder gasoline range comprises the 2.0-liter SKYACTIV-G producing 134 horsepower and 162Hp (121kW / 165PS), and a 2.5-liter mill with 189 ponies and 189 lb-ft of twist.
The Mazda6 will inaugurate i-ELOOP, promises to improve fuel economy, which is said to improve efficiency by up to 10 percent.
In the United Kingdom, the new 2014 Mazda6 will go on sale in January priced starting at £19,595 (see price list with picture below) and market penetration North America in early 2013.

2013 Renault Clio live at the 2012 Paris Show
The fourth-generation 2013 Renault Clio is scheduled to hit European showrooms shortly after debut at the Paris Auto Show this morning and it will be offered exclusively as a five-door model.
Heavily inspired by the DeZir concept car, the 2013 Renault Clio RS will be sold only with a turbocharged 1.6-liter engine linked to a small turbocharger and six-speed transmission. It has the amount of power 197hp (200PS) at 6,000 rpm and a higher peak torque at 240Nm (+25Nm) reaches this peak torque at 1,750 rpm.
As standard, the 2013 Renault Clio comes with 17-inch alloy wheels, LED daytime running lights, angular headlights, the unique grille and sill extensions.
As for the cabin, sports bucket seats and can upgrade wrapped around in leather; red accents used throughout; hands free entry; touchscreen navigation; a sports steering wheel flanked; R-Link infotainment system and a dedicated instrument package.

The 2013 Skoda Rapid has made its debut today at the 2012 Paris Auto Show, with a starting price of 12,900 pounds. The Skoda Rapid will be offered in three trim levels (S, SE and Elegance) and will start hitting European showrooms from the end of October this year.
“The SKODA Rapid is SKODA's new class and it has a central importance for our 2018 growth strategy. We think that in the years ahead, the Rapid will become our largest volume model after the Octavia.” says Vahland.

Maserati Grancabrio MC live in Paris
The Maserati Grancabrio MC a more powerful and sportier version has made its first public appearance at the Paris Auto Show today. The Maserati says Grancabrio MC was inspired by the "considerable success of the GranTurismo MC Stradale".
The 2013 Maserati Grancabrio MC also wears a unique body kit, includes a new front bumper, sport two air outlets for cooling the brakes, a different fascia installed up front, headlamps with LED daytime running lights, 20-inch alloy wheels in glossy Titanio or matt Graphite and a large spoiler that incorporates the third brake light.
Inside, the Maserati Grancabrio come with seating for four and an extra 20mm legroom for the passengers sitting in the back. Other features include a flat-bottom steering wheel; carbon fiber trim décor; Trofeo-design paddles and aluminum pedal unit.
Under the hood, the Maserati GranCabrio MC utilizes the same 4.7-litre V8 engine that produces 460 HP (338 kW) and a peak torque of 383 lb-ft (520 Nm) available at 4,750 rpm. Can a 0 to 100 km/h (62mph) sprint time of 4.9 seconds and a top speed of 289km/h (180mph).
The car will be sold in the US with expected price starts at £103,875 and it will arrive first in UK showrooms early in 2013.

2013 Seat Leon unveiled ahead of Paris Auto Show
Later on this week the 2013 Seat Leon will introduce the new generation at the 2012 Paris Auto Show. The family car will be sold in three bodystyles, in a bid to replicate the success of its most popular model.
The 2013 Seat Leon is built on VW Group's flexible MQB platform, provides a weight saving of about 90 kg. You get a decent 4263mm long, 1816mm wide, 1459mm high and weighed 1250kg.
The 2013 Seat Leon will be offered with a choice of five engines, it will get five petrol options and four diesel variants. The turbodiesel options include a 1.6-litre TDI with 89bhp or 104bhp, 250Nm/320Nm with CO2 emissions of just 99g/km. The most powerful gasoline engine to be available at first is going to be the 1.8-liter TSI with 178bhp. Depending on the engine option, will be either a five- or six-speed manual, or a six- or seven-speed dual clutch gearbox.
The 2013 Seat Leon features a new infotainment system that comes with a 5.8-inch HD touch screen; Alcantara and leather trim will be offered; iPod connectivity; six speakers; voice recognition and incorporates a CD/radio.
The Spanish automaker has announced that the new Leon will be produced at Seat's facility in Martorell and 600,000-unit annual capacity. The 2013 Seat Leon will reach the UK in February 2013, the pricing strategy is from ranges from £14,890 to £26,010.
