Mercedes-Benz B-Class Electric Drive sold in the U.S
After the concept version of the Mercedes-Benz B-Class Electric Drive be announced at the 2012 Paris Motor Show, and now there’s confirmation that its production model B-Class Electric Drive come to the United States.
Vehicle manufacturers of Germany to know the only B-Class model sold in America and the only Mercedes-Benz-branded EV. More details on the Mercedes-Benz B-Class Electric Drive will be announced sometime in 2013.
In concept form, the B-Class provided by an electric motor that produces 134-hp (136 PS / 100 kW) and 310 Nm of torque (229 lb-ft). On full charge the Mercedes-Benz B-Class Electric Drive can travel around 124 miles, it can be recharged by either a 400V rapid charger or a 230V outlet.

Mercedes-Benz B-Class Electric Drive Concept revealed
Mercedes-Benz B-Class Electric Drive Concept will be officially revealed at the 2012 Paris Auto Show, is entirely powered by electricity. The B-Class Electric Drive promises to deliver a comfortable and enjoyable driving experience with full suitability for everyday and family use.
The Mercedes-Benz B-Class is due to reach markets sometime in 2014, it looks virtually identical to the standard model. The lithium-ion battery pack is placed in the so-called “Energy Space” at the floor ahead of the rear axle, also helps to lower the vehicle's center of gravity.
The Mercedes-Benz B-Class Electric Drive Concept features an electric motor develops 136 PS (100 kW / 134 hp) and 310 Nm (229 lb-ft) of torque, has a range of 200 km (125 miles). A regenerative system will feed power back into the battery during deceleration.
