Lamborghini Gallardo GT3 FL2 priced at €320,000

The Lamborghini Gallardo GT3 FL2, co-developed by Reiter Engineering and Lambo's R&D motorsport department was officially launched.

The car is based on the 2013 Gallardo, a focus of the new GT3 FL2's development is on long-distance performance. The car features an aero kit, a new front splitter, a rear carbon diffuser based on that developed for the Super Trofeo and an overall improved power to weight performance.

The car also boasts an improved power-to-weight ratio thanks to 25kg weight savings compared to the previous Gallardo GT3.

“We are delighted to announce a minimum five-year agreement with Reiter Engineering as our exclusive development and supply partner for Lamborghini GT3 cars, based on Reiter's strong engineering skills, passion for and understanding of the Lamborghini brand and, of course, obvious racing success,” said Stephan Winkelmann, President and CEO of Automobili Lamborghini.

Customers interested can have the Gallardo GT3 FL2 for a price of €320,000 plus taxes (around $430,000 at the current exchange rates).

Lamborghini 's recently unveiled Aventador LP700-4 Roadster has a base price of $441,600 in United States.

European pricing for the Lamborghini Aventador Roadster was released when the model was officially introduced early this week with a base price of 300,000 Euro.

That is of course before you add the $3,700 gas guzzler tax, meaning the Lamborghini Aventador will wear a base MSRP of at least $445,300.

For the privilege to take those panels off and drive with the wind in your hair, buyers will pay a  $58,300 premium over what the 2013 Lamborghini Aventador Roadster cost.

The power comes from the same 6.5-liter V12 700 hp normally-aspirated engine featuring stop/start system and cylinder deactivation. The car is one of the fastest open-top cars in the world with a three-second 0-62mph (just a tenth slower) and the same 217mph top speed.

Lamborghini has released full details of its highly anticipated the 2013 Aventador Roadster, the car will be offered for sale at £285,000 - a stout £20,000 more than the coupe.

The 2013 Lamborghini Aventador Roadster removable roof consists of two carbon-fiber panels uses the firm's Forged Composite technology weighing roughly 13.2-pounds each.

Additionally, the Roadster's A-pillars, roof panels, windshield header, and rear window area feature a gloss-black finish designed to further augment its imposing lines.

The rear windshield is powered and can be adjusted to control the flow of air and engine sound into the cockpit, while the scissor doors have a chamfered edge for the frameless windows.

Like the coupe, the 2013 Lamborghini Aventador Roadster makes use of a V12 6.5-liter normally-aspirated engine featuring stop/start system modulated by a seven-speed single-clutch paddleshift gearbox. The car needs three seconds to complete the 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h), while top speed is a massive 217 mph (350 kilometers per hour).

2013 Lamborghini Gallardo LP570-4 Super Trofeo officially launched

The 2013 Lamborghini Gallardo LP570-4 Super Trofeo was unveiled on Sunday, and it's currently listed on eBay with a price of $278,905. The Italian automaker did not provide information about the car’s specifications.

Part of the company's customer racing program, the 2013 Lamborghini Gallardo LP570-4 features an updated spoiler; a new spoiler design and redesigned wheel arches.

The engine in the Gallardo LP 570-4 Super Trofeo Stradale is a 5.2-liter V10 engine with 570 hp (425 kW) and 480 pound-feet of torque. It has a maximum dry weight of 1,340kg, shaving an extra 70kg from the LP560-4. The robotized e-gear six-speed transmission sends the power to the all four wheels, shifted via steering wheel paddles.

2013 Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder officially revealed

These are the first photos for the 2013 Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder has been officially revealed, after public last month during the 2012 Paris Auto Show.

autoreviewblog[dot]net notice that it has a new front end with trapezoidal, restyled front and rear bumpers with trapezoidal apertures, two-tone 19-inch Apollo polished alloys with a matte black finish, high-gloss black paintwork and feature bigger air intakes located ahead of the front rims.

A Style Package is also available and offers a new style package that includes glossy trim for the exterior thanks to the Lamborghini Ad Personam program.

The 2013 Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder will be available to order from November onwards.

Report: Lamborghini Aventador Roadster debut at the Geneva

Italian supercar manufacturer Lamborghini will be unveiling the production Aventador Roadster one of which is a concept. Lamborghini Aventador Roadster will likely make its official auto-show debut at the 2013 Geneva Auto Show in March, the model scheduled to go on sale later next year.

Lamborghini has yet to announce an official launch timetable, but we will see a four-seat GT version of the regular Aventador. The four-seat Lambo would likely run feature an extended wheelbas to make space for two small seats.

The report goes on to say that, the Lamborghini Aventador Roadster will be powered by the same 6.5-liter V12 engine that produce 690 hp (515 kW) and torque of 509 lb-ft (650 Nm).
