We have provided a few pictures of the updated 2013 KIA K7 sedan shot during a special presentation in South Korea made their way on local forums and websites. Today, Kia has released preliminary information about the Cadenza is called the K7 in Korean.

Three years later, the 2013 KIA Cadenza (KIA K7) appears to be ready for its US market arrival. The latest generation has received a facelift almost similar to the Forte or the K3 and the Quoris, including a re-sculptured bumper; updated trunk lid; side air vents; rear light clusters; set of tail lamps; oval exhaust pipes and “tiger” signature grille.

The ride will be available in the 2013 in Korea with the V6 3.5-liter engine with 290 hp (216 kW) and 249 lb-ft (338 Nm), connected to a 6-speed automatic transmission driving the front wheels.

The 2013 KIA K7 Sedan built on the new front-wheel drive Type-N platform shared with the Hyundai Grandeur.

The redesign of the 2013 KIA K7 with a sleeker looking front grille, oval exhaust pipes, more muscular bumper, a re-styled bumper, new mirrors, air vents, revamped headlamps and  a newly designed set of tail lamps together.

They made their way on local forums and websites while the new 2013 KIA K7 Sedan is expected to launch in Korea next month, with the US debut likely in 2013.
