Mercedes-Benz CLA45 AMG debuts in Playstation 4 game
The new Mercedes-Benz CLA 45 AMG has made its virtual debut at the launch of the Driveclub racing game for PlayStation 4.
Set to go on sale during this year's holiday season, Mercedes has officially confirmed the CLA45 AMG will use the same running gear as the A45 AMG hatchback.
Under the bonnet of the very good-looking CLA45 will be the same 2.0 liter turbocharged engine developing 360 HP (265 kW) and 332 lb-ft (450 Nm) of torque.
Aside from unique wheels and a revised lower rear fascia with an intergrated diffuser, it gets a similar look to standard CLA in the AMG Sport trim level.
Check back for more details on the CLA45 AMG when the car will celebrate its world premiere at next month's New York International Auto Show.

2013 Brabus 800 Widestar unveiled in Qatar
Brabus has released an updated version of 800 Widestar unveiled at the Qatar International Auto Show. The Brabus Mercedes-Benz G65 features a V12 6.0-liter bi-turbo engine that develops 800 HP and 1,047 lb-ft.
Power is sent to the permanent all-wheel drive system through a 7-speed automatic transmission. But even that limited torque will get a sprint time of just 4.2 seconds to 100 km/h (62 mph), an electronically limited top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph).
The G-Class has also received the optional BRABUS WIDESTAR wide-body version complete with 23-inch BRABUS forged wheels available in various versions set the tuned off-roader far apart from the rest.
The interior of the G 65 AMG can be custom-tailored to the owner's personal preferences in the Brabus upholstery shop. The choice of colors for the especially softy and breathable Brabus Mastik leather and the fine Alcantara is virtually limitless. There are also stainless-steel scuff plates with backlit BRABUS logo and further attractive accessories such as high-quality velour floor mats and BRABUS aluminum pedals and door-lock pins.
Unfortunately, no word on the pricing yet.

2014 Mercedes SLS AMG Black Series live in LA Auto Show
The 2014 Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Black Series, a designation emblematic of extreme horsepower enhancements has officially landed at the 2012 Los Angeles Auto Show.
Mercedes says the car draws its exterior design inspiration from the company's SLS AMG GT3 racecar, all in keeping with its circuit bred lineage.
The car boasts 622 total horsepower, 6.3-liter normally aspirated V-8, the SLS AMG Black Series hits 60 mph from a complete stop in just 3.5 seconds, and reach a 196mph top speed.
As a reminder, the car gets a rear diffuser; flared fenders; tinted headlights along with matte-black alloy wheels include 19-inch in the front - 20-inch in the rear.
Further engine changes centre around the exhaust system, a stiffer suspension, chassis developments wider, enlarged air intakes with carbon-fiber flics.
The 2014 Mercedes SLS AMG Black Series will hit the market next summer, but us expect it to close in on $300,000.

2013 Mercedes-Benz CLA 45 AMG focuses on Frankfurt
The 2013 Mercedes-Benz CLA 45 AMG will go on sale in the UK in early 2014 at a price of about £38,000 after it is revealed in September next year at the Frankfurt Auto Show.
While Mercedes-Benz is still keeping details about the car close, it will share its turbocharged 4-cylinder 2.0-liter engine that produces 349 hp and 332 lb-ft of torque sent to all four wheels through a dual-clutch, 7-speed gearbox and an AWD system.
Fuel-saving technologies, including an automatic stop-start function, a trunk-mounted spoiler and brake energy recuperation.
The Mercedes-Benz CLA 45 AMG is tipped to sprint to 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) sprint in about 5 seconds and 168 mph with an optional performance package.
Mercedes-Benz G55 AMG treated by Office-K
The near-legendary AMG Black Bison body kit has been making the tuning world headlines this week with tuner Office-K from Tokyo. The Mercedes-Benz G55 AMG fitted it with goodies from Wald International , Mansory and Forgiato Wheels.
The complete Black Bison body kit includes front bumper, rear door panel, carbon fiber hood with air vents, headlight cover and fender extensions.
The exterior were finished with the inside of the headlights painted black, a HID and LED custom kit, a Miracle Square six-tip exhaust system and 24-inch Forgiato Enzo concave alloys.
Mercedes-Benz G-Class Office-K also added a carbon fiber interior made up of an interior panel, steering wheel and shift knob.

2013 Mercedes-Benz C-Class Sport Package teased
The German automaker has introduced a new Sport Package for the 2013 Mercedes-Benz C-Class that brings a more aggressive look.
Good news for Mercedes-Benz fans over-seas because the C-Class Sport Package available in coupe and sedan forms along with a number of other upgrades inside and out.
Buyers who opt for the kit will get to enjoy 18-inch 7-spoke alloy AMG wheels, a flat-bottom steering wheel and Tex/Dinamica sport seats.
The cabin gets red stitching and matching seat belts, floormat borders and stitching on the doors, additional red stitching on the doors and the seats.
The future buyers of the kit will get some interesting features a tauter front suspension, larger perforated brake discs and an enhanced exhaust system round out the extra kit.

Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Black Series micro-site
Mercedes-Benz has launched an exclusive micro-site for the recently announced SLS AMG Black Series.
After it was unveiled just a few days ago, the 2014 Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Black Series providing in-depth details of the extreme gullwing model.
Mercedes-Benz says that on this site, technical details on the SLS AMG Black Series widely published. The car with the best power/weight ratio from all AMG Black Series models, the AMG Ride Control suspension as well as the transmission.
The Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG is coming with a V8 6.3-liter engine with its 631 hp (464 kW) output and a peak torque of 634 Nm (468 lb-ft). The car can sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.6 seconds, a top speed of 315 km/h (196 mph).
Highlights of interior include Alcantara black or Alcantara black/red, red contrasting stitching, AMG Performance steering wheel and high-gloss black surrounds for the air vents.

Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG two-door in the parking lot at Dubai
A fake two-door Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG with Brabus wheels in the Dubai Mall VIP parking.
The car has “6.3 AMG” badges on both sides, a new ride control system and a bespoke exhaust system with valve control. But the car is actually a fake, even though no such engine was ever was ever put in the Mercedes-Benz G-Class.
YouTube user Patrick3331 uploaded this clip mentions in one of the comments on the site that the owner wasn't aware it was fake.
But despite being a fake, the two-door Mercedes-Benz G-Class is equipped headlights, mirrors and some of the other details are taken from an earlier model year.
2013 Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG treated by Brabus
Brabus has prepared an upgrade kit for the 2013 Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG, which had its debut last spring. Brabus did not disclose the price of their new package for the monster sports.
In typical Brabus tradition, the car has fitted with a new ride control system, a bespoke exhaust system with valve control, a new set of huge 23-inch, revised suspension and beefier brakes in yellow.
The 2013 Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG comes with the V8 5.5-liter bi-turbo engine has been increased to 620 horsepower, with 800 Nm of torque (increased by 40 Nm (29 lb-ft)). There are also reprogrammed the SUV's ECU.

2014 Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Black Series arrives
They have revealed the new 2014 Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Black Series public debut later this month at the Los Angeles Auto Show.
With suspension and engine upgrades complemented by lighter weight materials, the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG brings more power. As such, it will deliver 622 horsepower and 468 lb-ft with V8 6.2-liter engine, from 0-60 mph in 3.5 seconds, 0.2 of a second quicker than the standard car.
Modifications include a new air intake, engine changes center on the exhaust system, additional pressure tweaks, water cooling, camshafts and improved oil.
Exterior elements include a deeper front spoiler with carbon-fiber splitter, flared fenders, rear and side skirts, black high-gloss wing, a large central duct, the black trim on the headlights and taillights, side mirrors and enlarged air intakes.
Other changes include matte black forged alloy wheels with a 10-spoke design shod with 275/35 and 325/30 Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires.
In addition, the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Black Series is designed to handle curves with 20mm and 24mm wider front. Curb weight is down to 3417 pounds, a good 154 pounds less than the regular SLS AMG GT.
Inside, designers have removed the COMAND interface, the flat-bottomed steering wheel, a carbon center console, a strip of Alcantara, lightweight sports seats (15 kg lighter) and saving more weight.
The 2014 Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Black Series hasn't been priced yet, but expect a starting price of more than 200,000 pounds. The first customer deliveries are planned to get underway in June 2013.

Mercedes-Benz CLS 63 AMG tuner GAD-Motors with 803 HP
The Mercedes-Benz CLS 63 AMG is every turner's favorite car, GAD-Motors improved twin-turbo package for the V8-powered and the suspension that adjusts.
The upgrade has been achieved by using a new sports air filter, enlarge the turbochargers by 30 percent, a new custom exhaust manifold with valves, race catalysts and valved mufflers, a night vision system that can detect pedestrians and animals.
The most powerful Mercedes-Benz CLS 63 AMG is the one fitted with the optional AMG Performance Package, which at 557 hp (410 kW) and 800 Nm (590 lb-ft) of torque.

Mercedes-Benz A45 AMG debut Geneva
These are the first official photos of the upcoming Mercedes-Benz A45 AMG hot hatch will debut at the Geneva Auto Show next spring, a year after standard versions of the German car maker’s new A-class first appeared in public.
In these fresh pictures, the final production Mercedes A45 AMG wears some black tape on the lower part of the front bumper; standard 18-inch multi spoke wheels shod with 235/40 profile Dunlop Sport Maxx tyres; monikers; grille wings; rear diffuser and the side skirts.
As you would expect, the Mercedes-Benz A45 AMG has been lowered by around 25mm, the chassis has been revised, beefier brakes, wider track, anti-roll bar tuning and new steering system.
While a previous report was indicating that the Mercedes A45 AMG tuned 4-cylinder 2.0-liter turbo engine that produces 330 hp (335PS) and over 295lb ft (400Nm) of peak torque, AMG's engineers have managed to squeeze 350 horsepower and 332 lb-ft (450Nm).
Mercedes' AMG SPEEDSHIFT DCT seven-speed dual clutch sports transmission will send power to all four-wheels. Mercedes-Benz officials suggest the A45 AMG will reach 62 mph (100 km/h) need 5.1 seconds with a limited top speed of 155mph.
When the Mercedes-Benz A45 AMG goes on sale next summer, the car will carry a base price of about £36,000 ($58,000) with an optional performance package set to add a further £3000.

Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Electric Drive price $517,200
A new promotional video of the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Electric Drive released today offers the first on-road look at the Ascari race track in Malaga, Spain. It's price carries quite the shock as well.
Dressed in an exclusive blue hue, the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG will go on sale next year and can expect delivery in July 2013. German pricing starts at €416,500 (including 19% VAT), making it the most expensive vehicle Mercedes-Benz.
The Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Electric Drive has four electric motors that produce a combined 552kW and 1000 Nm of torque. This enables the car to accelerate from 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) in just 3.9 seconds, hit a top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph).
With 60 kWh of battery storage, the car can travel about 155 miles on a charge and can be recharged in approximately three hours. The new SLS AMG Electric Drive will only be offered in limited numbers, and no details released on the U.S. market.
